Margaret's Borscht Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches beets
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 pint sour cream or yogurt
  • 1 bunch dill

Instructions

  • Cook beets with skins on.
  • Slice beets and cukes.
  • Put in a bowl, mix with fresh dill and sour cream.
  • Chill and serve cold on a hot day!
