- 2–4 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 med. beet, peeled and shredded
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cups lite mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. herb vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
