Ingredients
- 2/3 cup olive oil or canola
- 1 tsp. fructose (or sweetener of choice)
- Dash of freshly ground pepper
- 1 to 2 cloves minced or pressed garlic 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
Instructions
- In a screw-top jar, combine all ingredients; shake well.
- Chill thoroughly before serving.
